Efficiently transferring wastewater and liquids carrying solid matter requires a pump capable of handling suspended debris without clogging. This manual submersible vortex pump is configured specifically for sewage transfer and the drainage of solids-bearing liquids in commercial and industrial sumps. Its non-toxic lubrication and corrosion-resistant body ensure a safe and stable environment for sensitive applications.

Driven by a 0.4 kW / 415v three-phase induction motor, the unit achieves a maximum flow of approximately 270 L/Min and a peak head of approximately 9.6 m. The system is continuous-duty rated for stable site water management through a 50 mm discharge bore. This motor utilizes a Direct on Line starting method, ensuring reliable performance during high-volume drainage or liquid transfer duties.

The unit features a recessed vortex impeller that enables 35 mm solids passage, ensuring that particles move through the pump casing with minimal contact between solids and the impeller. This arrangement is ideal for liquids carrying organic debris, as the impeller is recessed from the main flow path to prevent obstruction. This configuration maintains operational efficiency while resisting the erosive effects typical of solids-laden wastewater.

Mechanical construction features a 304 stainless steel and resin frame, with a double-face mechanical seal located in an oil chamber and a patented Oil Lifter for continuous lubrication of the mechanical seal. Structural components are protected by a circle thermal protector and an anti-wicking cable entry that shields the motor from moisture. The use of non-toxic liquid paraffin as a lubricant makes the pump suitable for applications where liquid contamination is undesirable.

    FEATURES

    • Glass-fiber reinforced resin and 304 stainless steel build ensures outstanding corrosion resistance for wastewater and sewage duty.
    • Recessed vortex impeller facilitates the displacement of 35 mm solids while reducing mechanical contact and hydraulic wear.
    • Liquid paraffin lubrication ensures the pump is non-toxic and suitable for sensitive liquid transfer applications.
    • Double-face mechanical seal operating in an oil chamber offers high resistance to thermal stress and abrasive chemical attack.
    • Tsurumi's original Oil Lifter forcibly supplies oil to the seal faces, ensuring reliability even at low lubricant volumes.
    • Internal circle thermal protector directly cuts the motor circuit if excessive heat builds up or an overcurrent occurs.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block prevents water from entering the motor via the conductor strands.
    • Compact 50 mm discharge configuration provides stable hydraulic performance for a variety of wastewater tasks.
