This automatic submersible vortex pump is configured with automatic level control, ensuring the unit activates only when required to maintain site water levels. Driven by a 0.4 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the unit achieves a maximum flow of approximately 270 L/Min and a peak head of approximately 9.6 m. The automatic control system provides start and stop based on liquid level, while the 50 mm discharge bore facilitates high-volume transfer. The motor is continuous-duty rated, ensuring stable performance during intensive dewatering cycles in wastewater sumps.

The unit features a recessed vortex impeller that enables 35 mm solids passage, ensuring that suspended particles move through the pump casing with minimal hydraulic wear. This hydraulic arrangement is ideal for liquids bearing organic matter, as the recessed design prevents debris from obstructing the flow path. This configuration maintains operational efficiency while resisting the erosive effects typical of solids-bearing wastewater.

Structural integrity is maintained through a resin and 304 stainless steel frame, with a double-face mechanical seal located in an oil chamber for superior sealing. Protection is provided by an internal circle thermal protector and an anti-wicking cable entry that shields the motor from moisture. The use of non-toxic liquid paraffin as a lubricant makes the pump suitable for applications where liquid contamination is undesirable.
