This compact submersible drainage pump is developed for pumping storm water; wastewater; and rainwater carrying small solid particles from underground sumps. Utilizing a multi-vane hydraulic configuration; it easily transports clear or light effluent to distant locations or municipal lines. It is suitable for underground rainwater tanks; municipal treatment facilities; and measuring tanks.

The continuous-duty dry motor runs on a 415 V three-phase supply and outputs 0.75 kW while drawing a rated current of 2.0 Amps. Based on the manufacturer's performance curve; this pump achieves a maximum total head of approximately 15.2 m and a maximum capacity of approximately 330 L/Min. The unit operates with direct on line starting at a speed of 3000 min-1.

Built with a semi-open multi-vane impeller; the hydraulic design handles soft solids up to 11mm in diameter without clogging. The dual mechanical shaft seals are located within an oil chamber and incorporate ceramic-to-carbon upper and silicon carbide-to-ceramic lower seal faces. A patented centrifugal oil lifter forcibly circulates lubricant across the seal faces.

Motor safety is provided by a circle thermal protector that directly opens the motor circuit during excessive heat or overcurrent events. Power is supplied through a 6-meter PVC cabtyre cable which features Tsurumi's anti-wicking entry block to prevent water migration. This free-standing model can be adapted to guide rails using the optional TOK4-A system.

    FEATURES

    • Tsurumi Tsurumi Oil Lifter device that stabilizes double mechanical seal cooling and prevents dry running.
    • Waterproof cable connection incorporating an epoxy-resin anti-wicking block that halts capillary fluid transport.
    • Permanently lubricated; double-shielded C3 ball bearings to support continuous operation and low noise.
    • High-tensile 420 stainless steel motor shaft and gray cast iron motor frame for long-lasting alignment.
    • Dry-type subsea induction motor rated under IP68 protection class with high-grade winding insulation.
