    Pairs well with

This cast iron submersible drainage pump is developed for industrial sumps; rainwater collection basins; and municipal wastewater treatment systems. Driven by a high-efficiency 2-pole motor; it excels at pumping water containing small solids from deep underground or over long distances. It is suitable for storm water drainage; dewatering basins; and wastewater measuring tanks.

The pump's motor works on a 415 V three-phase power source and outputs 2.2 kW; drawing a nominal operating current of 4.8 Amps. Visually evaluated from the manufacturer's performance curve; this high-head model delivers a maximum capacity of approximately 630 L/Min and a maximum total head of approximately 26 m. The unit uses direct on line starting.

It is equipped with a cast iron semi-open multi-vane impeller designed to handle small solids up to 7.5mm in diameter. Shaft sealing is managed by a double-face mechanical seal housed inside an oil reservoir with ceramic-to-carbon upper faces and silicon carbide-to-silicon carbide lower faces. A centrifugal oil lifter forcibly circulates lubrication to the seal faces.

An integrated circle thermal protector safeguards the motor windings by directly cutting the power circuit if an overcurrent or thermal overload occurs. The electrical connection consists of a 6-meter PVC cabtyre cable with an anti-wicking block. The pump can be used with the optional guide rail fitting set model TOSH-50 for easy sump retrieval.

    FEATURES

    • Cast iron semi-open multi-vane impeller dynamically balanced to minimize motor vibration and noise.
    • Tsurumi Tsurumi Oil Lifter ensuring stable mechanical seal performance and lubrication under run-dry states.
    • Waterproof cable connection incorporating an epoxy resin anti-wicking block that isolates water ingress.
    • Lubricated; deep-groove; double-shielded C3 ball bearings supporting the rotating assembly.
    • Corrosion-resistant 420 stainless steel motor shaft and gray cast iron casing built for long-term service.
    • Continuous-duty dry-type induction motor with IP68 protection class for complete underwater submerge.
    • Threaded JIS 10kg/cm2 connection flange with a 50 mm discharge outlet for stable and heavy-duty fit.
