This high-head cast iron submersible pump is designed for transferring wastewater and rainwater carrying small solid matters in commercial and industrial settings. It features a heavy-duty hydraulic design capable of moving high-capacity flows up to elevated heights or across long transfer lines. Suitable applications include municipal wastewater treatment plants and drainage sumps.

The motor operates on three-phase 415 V electricity; delivering 3.7 kW of output while drawing a rated running current of 7.5 Amps. Based on the manufacturer's performance curve; this unit achieves a maximum total head of approximately 35.5 m and a maximum flow rate of approximately 672 L/Min. The motor incorporates direct on line starting.

Its hydraulic path is fitted with a cast iron semi-open multi-vane impeller that allows free passage of solid particles up to 7.5mm in diameter. The shaft is sealed with a double-face mechanical seal within an oil chamber; consisting of ceramic-to-carbon upper faces and silicon carbide-to-silicon carbide lower faces. A built-in oil lifter supplies oil to the seals.

Overload protection is supplied by a built-in circle thermal protector that directly opens the motor circuit during excessive heat or electrical overcurrent. The power connection is a 6m PVC power cable with a built-in anti-wicking block to stop water ingress. This model is compatible with the optional TOSH-50 guide rail fitting system for simple retrieval.

    FEATURES

    • Double silicon carbide mechanical seals operating within a continuous oil chamber with specialized oil lifter.
    • Epoxy-resin anti-wicking cable entry block preventing capillary water incursion along conductor strands.
    • Permanently lubricated; deep-groove; double-shielded C3 ball bearings built for severe radial shaft load.
    • High-tensile 420 stainless steel motor shaft and gray cast iron motor frame for persistent shaft stability.
    • Dry squirrel-cage induction motor rated for IP68 watertight protection with reliable motor winding design.
