Intended for aggressive liquid transfer and corrosive wastewater management, this submersible corrosion-resistant pump is engineered to handle demanding applications in construction, aggregate, and mining environments. The 316 stainless steel casting allows for reliable operation in fluids with a pH range between 3 and 10. Its metallurgy is specifically chosen to resist acidic or chemical attack during continuous drainage cycles.

Driven by a 0.4 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the pumping system achieves a maximum head of approximately 10.5 m and a peak flow capacity of approximately 240 L/Min. This 2-pole dry-type induction motor is continuous-duty rated and utilizes a Direct on Line starting method. It maintains stable discharge pressure through its 50 mm bore while handling fluids within a temperature range of 0 to 40°C.

The hydraulic assembly features a semi-open multi-vane impeller manufactured from 316 stainless steel casting, which is dynamically balanced for operational stability. This configuration facilitates the passage of solids up to 6 mm, ensuring that small particles in suspension are moved effectively through the pump casing. The semi-open design assists in maintaining consistent hydraulic efficiency when handling corrosive liquids with suspended site debris.

Construction utilizes SCS14 (316 stainless steel) for all principal wetted parts, complemented by FKM rubber components for superior chemical and heat resistance. Mechanical integrity is supported by a double-face mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces isolated in an oil chamber with an Oil Lifter. Protection is enhanced by an anti-wicking cable entry block and a circle thermal protector built into the motor housing to prevent damage from overcurrent.

    FEATURES

    • Manufactured from 316 stainless steel casting (SCS14) for maximum durability and corrosion resistance in aggressive liquids.
    • Semi-open multi-vane impeller is dynamically balanced to reduce vibration and facilitate the passage of solids up to 6 mm.
    • Double-face mechanical seal features silicon carbide faces on both upper and lower seals for superior wear resistance.
    • Patented Oil Lifter ensures consistent lubrication of the mechanical seal even if the oil volume falls to one-third of the normal level.
    • FKM (FPM) rubber parts for O-rings and seals provide higher resistance to heat and aggressive chemical substances.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block protects the motor from capillary moisture incursion and damage.
    • Circle thermal protector directly interrupts the motor circuit in response to excessive heat buildup or electrical overload.
    • Continuously rated 2-pole dry-type induction motor with IP68 protection provides reliable operation in submerged environments.
