    Pairs well with

Aggressive sewage handling and corrosive wastewater treatment are the primary focus of this submersible 316 stainless steel casting pump. It is designed for mining, aggregate, and industrial environments where the presence of corrosive agents requires metallurgy beyond standard materials. The unit provides reliable service in applications where liquid pH values vary between 3 and 10.

Powered by a 0.75 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the system delivers a maximum head of approximately 14.5 m and a peak flow of approximately 430 L/Min through a 50 mm discharge. This continuous-duty motor operates at 2-pole synchronous speeds and utilizes Direct on Line starting. The unit is engineered to manage drainage water containing up to 10% dry matter during intensive dewatering.

The pump hydraulics utilize a semi-open multi-vane impeller made of 316 stainless steel casting to facilitate the passage of solids up to 6 mm. This design resists the erosive impact of abrasive substances found in corrosive wastewater. The semi-open configuration assists in maintaining high-pressure performance while ensuring site debris is displaced through the housing during discharge.

Mechanical construction features dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces and an integrated Oil Lifter for cooling. All wetted parts are 316 stainless steel casting, and the internal rubber components are made of FKM to ensure chemical compatibility. Protection is provided by a circle thermal protector and an anti-wicking cable entry that protects the dry-type induction motor from moisture and thermal stress.

    FEATURES

    • Principal wetted components made of SCS14 (316 stainless steel casting) for reliable operation in aggressive sewage duty.
    • Semi-open multi-vane impeller provides consistent hydraulic performance while facilitating the displacement of small site debris.
    • Dual mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces on both upper and lower ends provide superior heat and corrosion resistance.
    • Tsurumi's original Oil Lifter maintains consistent lubrication of seal faces even if the lubricant level falls below rated volumes.
    • Special FKM (FPM) rubber parts for seals and O-rings ensure the pump withstands acidic liquids and chemical wastewater.
    • Watertight cable entry with an integrated anti-wicking block prevents moisture ingress through the cable due to capillary action.
    • Circle thermal protector built into the motor housing proactively interrupts the circuit during thermal overload or overcurrent.
    • 2-pole dry-type induction motor with IP68 protection is designed for continuous duty in submerged industrial sumps.
