    Pairs well with

Brewery drainage and pickle factory effluent management are the primary focus of this stainless steel submersible pump. Its compact design is well suited to confined installations where corrosion resistance is required. The 304/316 stainless steel construction provides outstanding durability in corrosive industrial conditions.

Driven by a 0.4 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the unit delivers a maximum head of approximately 10.5 m and a peak flow capacity of approximately 240 L/Min. This induction motor utilizes a 50 mm discharge bore and is housed in a watertight casing conforming to insulation class E. The top-discharge configuration allows the pumped media to dissipate heat as it flows around the motor housing during continuous service.

The recessed vortex impeller passes solids up to 6 mm while allowing suspended matter to move through the pump with reduced impeller contact, helping minimise wear during continuous operation. The flow-thru design permits operation at low water levels, making the unit suitable for demanding drainage cycles.

Structural integrity is supported by 304/316 stainless steel wetted parts, with a double-face mechanical seal isolated in an oil chamber for superior sealing. Protection is provided by an internal circle thermal protector that interrupts the circuit during overcurrent or excessive heat buildup. The unit utilizes an anti-wicking cable entry and liquid paraffin lubrication, ensuring compatibility with sensitive applications.

    FEATURES

    • 304/316 stainless steel construction provides outstanding durability for brewery drainage and pickle factory effluent.
    • Vortex impeller configuration facilitates the displacement of 6 mm solids while reducing mechanical wear on hydraulic parts.
    • Internal circle thermal protector directly cuts the motor circuit if excessive heat builds up or an electrical overcurrent occurs.
    • Tsurumi's original Oil Lifter maintains a stable lubricating environment for the shaft seal even at low oil volumes.
    • Flow-thru discharge design provides forced motor cooling, allowing the pump to operate at low water levels for long periods.
    • Dual mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces offer superior heat and corrosion resistance compared to standard materials.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry block protects the motor from capillary moisture incursion even if the cable is submerged.
    • 50 mm discharge bore and 0.4 kW motor provide stable hydraulic performance for a variety of wastewater tasks.
