    Pairs well with

Suitable for brewery drainage, pickle factory effluent, breeding ponds and aquarium circulation, this automatic submersible pump combines corrosion-resistant construction with automatic operation for unattended pumping. Its 304/316 stainless steel construction ensures long-term resistance to rust and chemical degradation in industrial tanks and corrosive environments.

Driven by a 0.4 kW / 240v single-phase motor, the unit achieves a maximum head of approximately 10.5 m and a peak flow rate of approximately 240 L/Min. This capacitor-run motor utilizes a 50 mm discharge and is engineered for continuous service in submerged conditions. The flow-thru design permits the pump to operate at low water levels for extended periods by utilizing the pumped media to dissipate internal motor heat.

The recessed vortex impeller passes solids up to 6 mm while allowing suspended particles to move freely through the pump. The compact design allows installation where space is limited, making the pump suitable for confined sump applications. Reduced contact between solids and the impeller helps minimise mechanical wear during operation.

Mechanical integrity is supported by 304/316 stainless steel wetted parts, with a double-face mechanical seal isolated in an oil chamber featuring an Oil Lifter. Protection is provided by an internal circle thermal protector and an anti-wicking cable entry block. The unit utilizes non-toxic liquid paraffin as a lubricant, ensuring the pump is safe for aquaculture and food-grade environments.

    FEATURES

    • Automatic operation with level control for unattended pumping duties.
    • 304/316 stainless steel and resin construction provides superior corrosion resistance for aggressive wastewater duty.
    • Recessed vortex impeller design enables efficient 6 mm solids handling while reducing hydraulic and mechanical friction.
    • Liquid paraffin is used as the lubricant, making the pump safe for use in fish breeding and food-grade applications.
    • Patented Oil Lifter forcibly supplies oil to the seal faces, ensuring reliability even if the lubricant volume is below rated levels.
    • Dual-face mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces offer high resistance to thermal stress and abrasive chemical attack.
    • Top discharge, flow-thru design ensures continuous motor cooling, allowing for extended service in shallow water levels.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry block uses a molded rubber seal to prevent water from entering the motor via the cable strands.
