Corrosive liquid transfer and seafood processing require a pumping solution with high chemical resistance and structural integrity. Designed specifically for seawater service, this pump is engineered for handling seawater and corrosive industrial runoff in demanding coastal factory sumps. Its specialized titanium construction ensures long-term service where standard stainless steel or iron equipment would succumb to rapid oxidation.
Hydraulic output extends to up to 300 L/Min with a maximum head of 12 m, powered by a 0.4 kW / 415v three-phase motor. This induction motor is rated for continuous duty through a 50 mm discharge bore. The Direct on Line (D.O.L.) starting method ensures immediate activation and stable discharge pressure for intensive industrial dewatering.
The semi-vortex impeller manufactured from glass-fiber reinforced technopolymer enables 10 mm solids passage while creating a centrifugal whirlpool effect that minimizes mechanical contact with debris. The arrangement significantly reduces erosive wear and is essential for maintaining reliable flow when managing liquids with high concentrations of suspended matter in factory sumps.
Mechanical integrity is supported by a titanium shaft and frame, with dual mechanical seals isolated in an oil chamber featuring an Oil Lifter. Protection is enhanced by a circle thermal protector built into the motor housing and an anti-wicking cable entry block that protects the motor from moisture. The unit utilizes non-toxic liquid paraffin as a lubricant, making the pump safe for seafood processing applications.
