    Pairs well with

Draining sumps and pits in commercial and industrial premises requires robust and economical wastewater pumps. The pump operates in factory drainage systems, commercial building basements, and small municipal lifting stations. It transfers municipal wastewater, laundry discharge, and effluent carrying suspended solids.

Operating on a 415 V, Three-phase supply, the pump features a 0.75 kW induction motor. This dry-type squirrel-cage motor draws a rated current of 2.1 Amps. The pump delivers a maximum head of 12.5 m and a maximum flow rate of 439.8 L/Min, providing steady hydraulic flow under variable system pressures.

The pump is equipped with a glass-fiber reinforced PPO semi-vortex impeller located in a cast iron casing. It provides a 35mm solids passage, allowing solid particles and fibrous materials to pass through the low-height volute casing with minimal impeller contact. This design protects the impeller from abrasive wear and clogs.

The mechanical construction comprises a cast iron volute casing and a 403 stainless steel shaft. A dual-face mechanical seal in an oil chamber contains ceramic upper and silicon carbide lower seal faces. A circle thermal protector integrated into the motor housing provides automatic cutout protection. The pump operates up to 40°C and supports TOK resin guide rails.

    FEATURES

    • Ceramic upper and silicon carbide lower seal faces run inside oil chamber.
    • Sealed rubber entry prevents capillary water ingress down the power cable.
    • Double-shielded bearings support axial and radial loads for quiet operation.
    • Recessed impeller design provides a wide 35mm passage to prevent clogs.
    • Miniature bimetal protector shuts the motor circuit to prevent winding burnout.
    • Glass-fiber reinforced PPO semi-vortex impeller minimizes solid-to-vane contact to minimize pump component wear.
