In water treatment and municipal drainage systems, the Tsurumi 80B411 operates as a submerged cast iron sewage pump. The unit is compatible with free standing discharge bends and duckfoot bend guide rail fitting systems, enabling routine installation and retrieval. It is rated for continuous duty in liquids from 0 to 40°C.
Operating on a three-phase 415 V supply, this pump features a 11 kW motor drawing a rated current of 23.6 Amps. The hydraulic performance curve shows a maximum head of approximately 38 m combined with a maximum flow of approximately 1800 L/Min.
A Semi-open two-channel impeller handles solids up to 46 mm in size. This solid-handling configuration is combined with 80 mm suction and discharge diameters to promote continuous circulation.
The gray cast iron casing and impeller are paired with a 420 stainless steel shaft. Internal sealing is achieved through a double mechanical seal in an oil bath, configured with Silicon Carbide-to-Silicon Carbide upper and lower seal faces. An Oil Lifter distributes lubricating oil across the seal faces. The PVC-sheathed power cable incorporates an anti-wicking block, and a built-in Miniature Thermal Protectors protects the motor.
