The Tsurumi 80B415 pump consists of a cast iron construction configured to relocate storm water containing solids. The unit is compatible with free standing discharge bends and duckfoot bend guide rail fitting systems, enabling routine installation and retrieval. It is rated for continuous duty in liquids from 0 to 40°C.
With a rated current of 31.2 Amps, this model utilizes a 15 kW motor on three-phase 415 V power. It is rated to deliver a maximum flow rate of approximately 2010 L/Min and achieve a maximum head of approximately 45 m.
Liquid passage is managed by a Semi-open two-channel impeller that accommodates suspended solids up to 46 mm. Suction cover intake and discharge port connections are sized at 80 mm.
A 420 stainless steel shaft is housed inside a gray cast iron body. The mechanical seal arrangement consists of double inside seals with Silicon Carbide-to-Silicon Carbide upper and lower seal faces in an oil bath. Tsurumi's proprietary Oil Lifter maintains lubrication, and an anti-wicking cable entry protects against capillary water ingress. Thermal and current protection is managed by a built-in Miniature Thermal Protectors.
