Designed for industrial wastewater treatment, the Tsurumi 80C21.5 excels in processing liquids containing significant solid and fibrous matter. This submersible unit is frequently deployed in factory drainage systems and large-scale building sewage transfer networks. Its robust architecture is specifically tailored to withstand the harsh conditions associated with continuous wastewater management and industrial effluent handling.

Performance is driven by a 1.5 kW motor operating on a 415 V three-phase power supply. This configuration enables the pump to deliver a substantial maximum flow of 810 L/Min and reach a maximum head of 13.2 m. With a rated current of 3.5 Amps, the unit provides stable and consistent hydraulic output, essential for maintaining optimal fluid levels in industrial sumps and treatment tanks.

The core of its fluid handling capability lies in the advanced cutting mechanism. A semi-open single-channel impeller, featuring a tungsten carbide alloy edge, actively shears debris against a serrated suction cover before it enters the volute. This dynamic shredding action facilitates the uninterrupted passage of processed solids through the 80 mm discharge port, minimizing downtime caused by clogs.

Mechanical reliability is achieved through a combination of gray cast iron casing and a ductile cast iron suction cover, suitable for liquid temperatures up to 40°C. The motor is shielded by dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces, operating within an isolated oil chamber. An integrated oil lifter maintains seal lubrication, and an anti-wicking cable design prevents moisture intrusion into the motor housing.
