The Tsurumi 80C22.2-CR is a heavy-duty submersible pump engineered for demanding sewage transfer and municipal pumping stations. It is particularly effective in environments where extreme wear resistance is required due to the presence of abrasive solids and tough fibrous materials. The pump is designed to operate reliably in submerged building drainage systems, ensuring continuous removal of challenging wastewater.

Operating on a 415 V three-phase system, this model is powered by a 2.2 kW motor that draws a rated current of 5.2 Amps. It achieves a maximum head of 21 m and delivers a maximum flow rate of 750 L/Min. These robust operating characteristics allow the pump to efficiently manage significant volumes of wastewater while overcoming substantial vertical lift requirements in municipal infrastructure.

Fluid processing is optimized by a highly durable semi-open two-channel impeller. The cutting mechanism incorporates a brazed sintered tungsten carbide alloy edge that shreds debris against a serrated suction cover. This efficient shredding process ensures that solid matter is reduced in size, allowing for smooth and continuous circulation through the 80 mm outlet without causing blockages.

Constructed with a gray cast iron casing, this CR model features a high-chromium cast iron impeller and suction cover for wear resistance, handling liquid temperatures up to 40°C. The internal components are protected by dual inside silicon carbide mechanical seals in an oil chamber. A built-in oil lifter ensures reliable lubrication, while the anti-wicking cable entry provides a watertight seal against moisture.
