The Tsurumi 80PN22.2 is a manual portable semi-vortex pump built for handling wastewater and liquid carrying small solid matters. This pump is highly suitable for draining wastewater from residences, hotels, and restaurants.
Powered by a 2.2 kW motor on a three-phase 415 V supply, the pump operates with a rated current of 5.1 Amps. It is capable of a maximum flow rate of 800 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of 18.5 m.
The mechanical design incorporates an Oil Lifter that forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal even if the lubricant level falls below the rated volume. The vortex impeller features a high-gap structure made of glass-fiber reinforced PA+ABS, housed within a resin casing with a 304 stainless steel shaft.
For reliable field operation, the pump allows a maximum liquid temperature of 40°C and a solids passage of 20 mm. It features an 80 mm outlet and permanently lubricated deep-groove C3 ball bearings.
