Managing wastewater and large-scale drainage requires a high-capacity pump capable of handling significant solids concentrations. This manual submersible vortex pump is engineered for sewage transfer and the drainage of liquids carrying solid matter in commercial facilities. Its large 80 mm discharge and corrosion-resistant construction provide a robust technical solution for environments where reliability is a priority.

Operating with a 1.5 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the unit achieves a peak flow of approximately 780 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of approximately 15.2 m. The 2-pole dry-type induction motor is rated for continuous duty and utilizes a Direct on Line starting method. This configuration ensures stable hydraulic pressure and high-volume transfer for demanding site water management and wastewater systems.

The hydraulic assembly features a high-flow vortex impeller that facilitates the passage of large solids up to 46 mm. This design creates a powerful whirlpool that moves debris through the pump casing with minimal impeller contact, preventing clogging and reducing mechanical wear caused by abrasive particles. The practically unchokable arrangement is essential for handling solids-laden wastewater in industrial sumps.

Structural integrity is provided by a resin and 304 stainless steel body, with a 304 stainless steel shaft for enhanced chemical compatibility. Sealing is ensured by a double-face mechanical seal located in an oil chamber with lower silicon carbide seal faces and a proprietary Oil Lifter. Protection is reinforced by an anti-wicking cable entry and a circle thermal protector that safeguards the motor from thermal and overcurrent conditions.
