Transferring solids-laden liquids and managing high-volume wastewater requires a pump with a high-capacity hydraulic design. This manual submersible vortex pump is configured for sewage pumping and wastewater management in large-scale sumps where aggressive liquids are present. Its robust construction and vortex hydraulics ensure consistent performance in environments where standard pumps would succumb to corrosion or clogging.

Driven by a 2.2 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the system delivers a maximum flow capacity of approximately 800 L/Min and achieves a peak head of approximately 18.5 m. The 2-pole induction motor is continuous-duty rated and utilizes a Direct on Line starting method. This power rating facilitates high-pressure discharge through an 80 mm bore, making it ideal for vertical transfer and drainage cycles.

The hydraulic configuration utilizes a vortex impeller manufactured from glass-fiber reinforced PA+ABS, enabling the passage of large solids up to 46 mm. This recessed design minimizes mechanical contact between debris and the impeller, significantly reducing erosive wear during continuous operation. The vortex behavior ensures stable hydraulic efficiency and prevents obstruction when managing high concentrations of solids-bearing wastewater.

Mechanical integrity is supported by a 304 stainless steel and resin frame, with a double-face mechanical seal located in an oil chamber featuring an Oil Lifter. Protection is enhanced by a circle thermal protector built into the motor housing and an anti-wicking cable entry block. The unit utilizes non-toxic liquid paraffin as a lubricant, ensuring the pump is suitable for applications where liquid contamination must be avoided.
