Wastewater transfer and sewage pumping require a pumping solution with maximum head and high-volume flow characteristics. This manual submersible vortex pump is engineered for handling raw sewage and liquids carrying large solid matters in demanding sumps. Its combination of specialized resins and stainless steel metallurgy ensures a long service life in corrosive and abrasive environments.

Powered by a 3.7 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the pumping system achieves a maximum head of approximately 24.5 m and provides a flow capacity of approximately 900 L/Min. This induction motor is continuous-duty rated through an 80 mm discharge bore and utilizes a Direct on Line starting method. The high output allows for effective liquid transfer in deep sumps where significant vertical lift is required for site drainage.

The unit features a recessed vortex impeller that enables 46 mm solids passage, ensuring that large particles move through the pump casing with minimal hydraulic wear. This hydraulic arrangement is ideal for liquids bearing heavy organic matter, as the recessed design prevents debris from obstructing the flow path. This configuration maintains operational efficiency while resisting the erosive effects typical of solids-laden wastewater.

Structural integrity is maintained through the use of 304 stainless steel and resin, supported by a double-face mechanical seal located in an oil chamber with an Oil Lifter. Protection is provided by an internal circle thermal protector that interrupts the circuit during overcurrent or excessive heat buildup. The unit utilizes an anti-wicking cable entry to protect the motor from moisture, while the liquid paraffin lubrication ensures non-toxic operation.
