This high-capacity cast iron submersible drainage pump is developed for dewatering underground rainwater; municipal springwater; and municipal wastewater treatment sumps. With an 80mm discharge bore and semi-open impeller; it is designed for rapid discharge under high-head conditions. It is suitable for rainwater pumping; stormwater basins; and treated water discharge.

The heavy-duty motor operates on a three-phase 415 V power supply; delivering 7.5 kW of power and drawing a rated current of 14.6 Amps. According to the manufacturer's 50Hz performance curve; the pump achieves a maximum total head of approximately 38 m and a maximum flow rate of approximately 1800 L/Min. Direct on line starting is standard; with star-delta starting optional.

Constructed with a dynamically balanced semi-open cast iron impeller; it allows free passage of solid matters up to 19mm in diameter. Sealing is managed by a double mechanical seal in an oil chamber featuring ceramic-to-carbon upper faces and silicon carbide-to-silicon carbide lower faces. A seal pressure relief port isolates the seals from pump discharge pressures.

Motor winding safety is ensured by a circle thermal protector built into the watertight housing that shuts the circuit during overcurrent or excess heat. The electrical connection is an 8m chloroprene rubber cable featuring Tsurumi's anti-wicking block. Sump maintenance and retrieval can be simplified with the optional guide rail set model TOS80SF27.5.

    • Centrifugal oil lifter forcibly lubricating upper seal faces in run-dry states to extend operation periods.
    • Double-shielded deep-groove C3 ball bearings rated for heavy-duty industrial runtimes under stress.
    • Continuous-duty squirrel-cage induction motor rated with IP68 protection class and premium F-class windings.
