Aggregate processing and corrosive industrial wastewater transfer are the focus of this 3.7 kW submersible corrosion-resistant pump. It is designed to handle aggressive liquids and water of a corrosive nature in demanding mining and industrial sumps. The 316 stainless steel casting metallurgy ensures the unit resists chemical attack and erosion when managing fluids with a pH range between 3 and 10.

Powered by a 415v three-phase motor, the unit achieves a maximum head of approximately 25 m and a peak flow capacity of approximately 1170 L/Min. This dry-type induction motor is continuous-duty rated and utilizes a Direct on Line starting method for reliable site dewatering through an 80 mm discharge. It handles liquids containing up to 10% dry matter with consistent discharge pressure.

The hydraulic configuration utilizes a 316 stainless steel casting semi-open multi-vane impeller that facilitates the passage of solids up to 15 mm. This large solids passage ensures that significant site debris in suspension is moved through the housing without obstructing the pumping system. The wear-resistant construction helps maintain reliable operation when handling aggressive and abrasive particles found in industrial runoff.

Construction features include a double-face mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces and an original Tsurumi Oil Lifter for lubrication. Protection is enhanced by FKM rubber parts for chemical resistance and a circle thermal protector built into the motor housing. The unit utilizes an anti-wicking cable entry to protect the motor from moisture, while the 316 stainless steel casting frame provides structural durability.

    FEATURES

    • Manufactured from SCS14 (316 stainless steel casting) for maximum resistance to acidic fluids and corrosive industrial wastewater.
    • Semi-open multi-vane impeller with a large 15 mm solids handling capability facilitates the movement of suspended site debris.
    • Double-face mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces provides ultimate protection against abrasion and thermal dry-heating.
    • Patented Oil Lifter maintains consistent lubrication of the mechanical seal even if the lubricant level falls below the normal volume.
    • FKM (FPM) rubber parts for O-rings and packings offer superior resistance to heat and aggressive chemical substances.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block prevents water incursion into the motor due to capillary action or damage.
    • Circle thermal protector directly cuts the motor circuit in response to excessive heat buildup or electrical overcurrent.
    • 2-pole dry-type induction motor with IP68 protection is engineered for continuous service in harsh excavations.
