This submersible slurry pump is intended for abrasive slurry handling in iron works, ready-mixed concrete plants and similar industrial facilities. The side discharge arrangement allows installation with fixed discharge piping or guide rail systems for removal of settled solids from sumps. This design provides the necessary functionality for facility maintenance in environments where sediment accumulation is a constant factor.

A 5.5 kW three-phase 4-pole motor drives the unit to a maximum head of up to 16.3 m and a maximum flow of up to 1900 L/Min. It delivers consistent discharge through an 80 mm bore and is suitable for pumping fluids with up to 25% dry matter content. The pump operates within a pH range of 5 to 9, maintaining stable performance in varied industrial wastewater conditions.

A high-chromium cast iron agitator suspends settled material into the liquid to maintain continuous suction and prevent intake blockages. The spiral casing design optimizes hydraulic flow to facilitate the movement of particles up to 30 mm while reducing internal turbulence. This flow path protects the pump housing from localized wear caused by the high-velocity impact of abrasive particles.

High-chromium cast iron is used for the impeller and suction plate for abrasion resistance. A motor cooling jacket enables heat dissipation during fluctuating water levels or partially exposed operation. Optional 1000V motor configurations and high-temperature variants for liquids up to 80°C are available to meet specific site requirements.

    FEATURES

    • High-chromium cast iron agitator prevents sediment accumulation by keeping solids in suspension at the intake.
    • Spiral side discharge casing facilitates the passage of abrasive solids with reduced internal hydraulic resistance.
    • Motor cooling jacket protects the unit during drawdown by enabling heat transfer directly to the pumped media.
    • Wear-resistant high-chromium cast iron impeller and suction plate extend service life in sandy slurry duty.
    • Direct-on-Line (D.O.L.) starting method provides reliable activation for standard industrial power systems.
    • Side discharge outlet is compatible with guide rail fitting systems to simplify installation and maintenance.
    • 4-pole motor provides the hydraulic torque required for moving high-density, sand-laden industrial fluids.
    • Submersible construction with Class F insulation supports continuous operation in abrasive wastewater environments.
