Recommended for slurry management in iron works and mining facilities where the removal of abrasive settled solids is required. The side discharge spiral design is built for fixed discharge piping to ensure consistent transport of heavy sediment from facility sumps. This design is utilized in applications where settled materials must be moved reliably to prevent pit accumulation.

A 22 kW 415v three-phase motor achieves a maximum head of up to 35 m and a peak flow capacity of up to 3700 L/Min. These specifications provide the vertical lift required for deep excavation transfer and high-elevation discharge tasks. The pump maintains performance while handling abrasive fluids with up to 25% dry matter through its 100 mm discharge bore.

Pickup of settled material is improved by a high-chromium cast iron agitator that stirs solids into the liquid before they can compact. The spiral casing reduces recirculation and improves discharge efficiency for solids up to 30 mm. This design protects the pump housing from localized abrasive wear which occurs in high-head slurry applications.

The unit features an electrode-type leakage sensor in the oil chamber for early detection of seal wear to protect the motor. Construction includes a high-chromium iron impeller and suction plate, and a motor cooling jacket that prevents overheating during fluctuating levels. High-temperature variants for service up to 80°C and 1000V motor windings are available.

    FEATURES

    • Electrode-type leakage sensor in the oil chamber provides early warning of mechanical seal failure.
    • High-chromium cast iron agitator prevents sediment from compacting to ensure uninterrupted intake.
    • Spiral side discharge casing is designed to minimize internal turbulence during abrasive solids transport.
    • Motor cooling jacket enables continuous operation in shallow water by facilitating heat dissipation.
    • Wear-resistant high-chromium cast iron impeller and suction plate extend service life in high-head duty.
    • Star-Delta starting method is available for the 22 kW motor to manage electrical starting demands.
    • 4-pole motor speed provides high mechanical torque for moving dense, sand-laden industrial liquids.
    • Side discharge arrangement is compatible with professional guide rail systems for easier maintenance.
