Used for large-volume slurry transfer in iron works, wastewater treatment plants and industrial facilities. This submersible slurry pump is suitable for moving settled solids and sand-laden water that require agitation for effective removal. The side discharge spiral casing is intended for fixed piping systems in permanent site maintenance and sediment removal applications.

Powered by a 22 kW 415v three-phase motor, the unit delivers a maximum head of up to 30 m and a peak flow of up to 5000 L/Min through a 150 mm discharge. It maintains hydraulic stability when handling fluids with a maximum dry matter content of 25%. The 4-pole motor speed provides the hydraulic performance necessary for consistent site water and slurry control.

The hydraulic system incorporates a high-chromium cast iron agitator that reduces accumulation around the suction opening by stirring sediment into a pumpable consistency. A spiral casing design streamlines internal flow to reduce hydraulic losses and lower internal wear during high-volume discharge. This ensures the passage of solids up to 30 mm with minimal internal resistance.

Construction includes a cast iron body and an electrode-type leakage sensor in the oil chamber to protect the motor from seal failure. A motor cooling jacket transfers heat directly to the pumped liquid, allowing for continuous operation when the unit is partially exposed. High-temperature liquid versions for fluids up to 80°C and optional 1000V motor configurations are available.

    FEATURES

    • Oil chamber leakage sensor proactively monitors seal integrity to prevent internal motor damage.
    • High-chromium cast iron agitator suspends settled material to ensure clear intake and smooth suction.
    • Spiral side discharge casing reduces hydraulic friction to improve efficiency and lower internal casing wear.
    • Cooling jacket surrounding the motor enables heat dissipation during fluctuating site water levels.
    • High-chromium iron impeller and suction plate provide abrasion resistance for high-volume slurry duty.
    • Direct-on-Line (D.O.L.) starting method ensures reliable activation in industrial power systems.
    • 4-pole three-phase motor delivers the required torque for handling thick, sand-heavy industrial liquids.
    • Side discharge outlet is compatible with guide rail fitting systems for simplified pump installation.
