Suitable for massive-scale slurry discharge in deep-site construction, mining operations and industrial facilities. The side discharge spiral casing is designed for permanent slurry management where high-density materials must be moved over long durations. This construction is used in site water control environments where reliable removal of thick, abrasive sediment is critical.

Equipped with a 55 kW 415v three-phase motor, the unit delivers a maximum head of up to 38 m and a maximum flow of up to 9000 L/Min through a 250 mm bore. It maintains stable discharge for thick slurries containing up to 25% dry matter. The 4-pole motor provides the torque necessary for moving high volumes of abrasive waste in demanding site conditions.

The hydraulic assembly features a closed impeller and mouth ring with an automatic wear-adjustment mechanism to maintain efficiency as parts wear. A high-chromium cast iron agitator continuously re-suspends settled sediment to promote continuous intake. The spiral side discharge casing improves discharge efficiency for solids up to 25 mm while lowering internal hydraulic wear.

Advanced protection includes an electrode-type leakage sensor in the oil chamber and seal pressure relief ports that protect the mechanical seal from high-pressure stress. A motor cooling jacket supports reliable cooling when the unit operates partially exposed. The pump utilizes a Star-Delta starting method and features high-chromium wear parts for durability.

    FEATURES

    • Oil chamber leakage sensor proactively monitors seal wear to prevent internal motor damage.
    • Automatic wear-adjustment maintains operating clearance between the mouth ring and closed impeller.
    • Seal pressure relief ports protect the mechanical seal by diverting high internal hydraulic pressure.
    • High-chromium cast iron agitator suspends settled material to ensure clear intake and smooth suction.
    • Spiral side discharge casing reduces hydraulic friction to improve flow and lower pump housing wear.
    • Cooling jacket surrounding the motor enables safe operation during fluctuating site water levels.
    • High-chromium iron wear components provide superior abrasion resistance in mining slurry duty.
    • Star-Delta starting method ensures controlled electrical startup for the high-power 55 kW motor.
