Intended for high-volume slurry transfer in large-scale mining projects, mineral processing plants and construction sites. The side discharge configuration and heavy-duty construction ensure efficient movement of dense slurries over long distances in permanent industrial sumps. This design is utilized where high-capacity slurry management is required for continuous site operations.

Driven by a 75 kW 415v motor, the pump achieves a maximum head of up to 40 m and a maximum flow of up to 11500 L/Min through its 250 mm discharge. It handles abrasive media with up to 25% dry matter across a wide pH range of 5 to 9. The 4-pole motor provides the mechanical force required for large-volume dewatering in challenging environments.

This model uses a closed impeller and mouth ring pairing with an automatic mechanism that maintains precision clearance for hydraulic efficiency. A high-chromium cast iron agitator improves pickup of settled abrasive material to promote continuous intake. The spiral side discharge casing streamlines internal flow for particles up to 25 mm, protecting the flow path from wear.

Protection features include an electrode-type leakage sensor in the oil chamber and seal pressure relief ports that divert high internal hydraulic force from the mechanical seal faces. A motor cooling jacket transfers heat directly to the liquid, protecting the unit during air-exposed operation. Construction includes high-chromium wear parts and a Star-Delta starting method.

    FEATURES

    • Electrode-type leakage sensor in the oil chamber provides early warning of potential seal failure.
    • Automatic wear-adjustment mechanism maintains mouth ring clearance for sustained pump efficiency.
    • Seal pressure relief ports reduce the hydraulic pressure acting on the seal faces to extend seal life.
    • High-chromium cast iron agitator stir solids into a slurry to maintain consistent intake and suction.
    • Spiral side discharge casing optimizes flow velocity while reducing internal hydraulic turbulence and wear.
    • Integrated water jacket allows the 75 kW motor to run safely during shallow water site conditions.
    • Impeller and suction plate are manufactured from high-chromium iron for extreme erosion resistance.
    • Star-Delta starting method ensures controlled electrical activation for the 75 kW industrial power system.
