    Pairs well with

Recommended for large-scale slurry management in construction sites, mining operations and industrial waste transport. The side discharge configuration is intended for deep-sump applications requiring the continuous removal of thick sediment and abrasive material. This design provides the reliability necessary for site safety in environments with significant solids accumulation.

The pump uses a 37 kW 415v motor to achieve a maximum head of up to 38.3 m and a maximum flow of up to 6100 L/Min through a 200 mm discharge. It handles abrasive fluids with up to 25% dry matter and operates across a pH range of 5 to 9. The 4-pole motor delivers the hydraulic torque required for consistent discharge in rough site conditions.

This model utilizes a closed impeller and a mouth ring with an automatic wear-adjustment mechanism to maintain precision clearance. This arrangement minimizes efficiency loss as parts wear to maintain discharge pressure. A high-chromium cast iron agitator activates settled sediment to maintain a clear intake path by stirring solids into the pumped liquid.

Construction includes seal pressure relief ports that divert high internal pump pressure away from the mechanical seal faces. A motor cooling jacket maintains safe operating temperatures when the unit is exposed to air. The pump is built with high-chromium wear parts and utilizes a Star-Delta starting method and Class F insulation for industrial service.

    FEATURES

    • Automatic wear-adjustment mechanism maintains mouth ring clearance to minimize performance loss over time.
    • Seal pressure relief ports protect the mechanical seal by reducing the hydraulic force on the seal faces.
    • High-chromium cast iron agitator stir solids into a slurry to prevent intake clogging and blockages.
    • Closed impeller design maintains high discharge pressure and hydraulic efficiency in abrasive duty.
    • Motor cooling jacket enables heat dissipation during partially exposed operation or low-water levels.
    • Spiral side discharge casing streamlines internal flow to reduce turbulence and lower pump housing wear.
    • High-chromium cast iron wear components extend maintenance intervals in abrasive site conditions.
    • Star-Delta starting method ensures controlled electrical activation for the 37 kW motor system.
