Intended for large-volume dewatering in mining facilities and massive construction projects requiring high-head vertical lift. The 250 mm side discharge configuration is designed for permanent or semi-permanent industrial drainage systems where site progress depends on reliable water control. This construction is used for deep excavation dewatering over significant distances.

A 55 kW 415v motor achieves a maximum head of up to 47 m and a peak flow capacity of up to 10700 L/Min. It is suitable for moving large quantities of drainage water with up to 15% dry matter content. The 4-pole motor provides the mechanical force required for continuous discharge in varied chemical environments with a pH range of 5 to 9.

The hydraulic assembly features a spiral side discharge casing that streamlines internal flow for solids up to 25 mm. This geometry maintains flow velocity while lowering internal wear from abrasive particles carried in site water. By reducing internal friction and recirculation, the design provides stability during high-volume dewatering tasks.

Protection includes an electrode-type leakage sensor in the oil chamber and seal pressure relief ports that protect the seal faces from high vertical pressure. A motor cooling jacket transfers heat directly to the pumped liquid, protecting the motor during exposed operation. The pump is built with a cast iron body and uses a Star-Delta starting method.

    FEATURES

    • Electrode-type leakage sensor in the oil chamber proactively monitors mechanical seal integrity.
    • Spiral side discharge casing optimizes flow of abrasive solids while reducing internal housing wear.
    • Seal pressure relief ports protect the mechanical seal by diverting high internal hydraulic force.
    • Motor cooling jacket enables continuous operation during drawdown and fluctuating site water levels.
    • High-capacity 250 mm discharge bore facilitates the movement of 10700 L/Min of drainage water.
    • Rugged cast iron body and Class F insulation are designed for abrasive mining and construction duty.
    • Star-Delta starting method ensures controlled electrical activation for the 55 kW power system.
    • Suitable for handling drainage water with up to 15% dry matter and solids up to 25 mm in diameter.
