The hydraulic configuration features a spiral side discharge casing that optimizes flow and reduces hydraulic losses for 25 mm solids. The arrangement ensures that site debris is moved through the casing without settling.

Critical protection includes an electrode-type leakage sensor in the oil chamber and seal pressure relief ports that protect the seal faces from high hydraulic force. A motor cooling jacket facilitates heat dissipation during fluctuating water levels. The unit is constructed with a cast iron body and utilizes a Star-Delta starting method for reliable industrial activation.
