    Pairs well with

Applied in large-volume slurry transfer where lower head and high torque are required for sand and abrasive sediment removal. This submersible slurry pump is suitable for removing settled material from mining sumps and facility drainage pits. The spiral side discharge configuration is built to handle thick media reliably in industrial slurry management systems.

Driven by a 22 kW 415v motor, the unit achieves a maximum flow of up to 9000 L/Min and a maximum head of up to 21.5 m through a 200 mm discharge. The 6-pole motor design is intentionally selected to provide higher hydraulic torque at a lower operating speed to reduce internal wear. This speed is critical for handling thick slurries with up to 15% dry matter.

The hydraulic design utilizes abrasion-resistant wear parts and a spiral side discharge casing that improves discharge efficiency for solids up to 50 mm. Combined with the lower-speed motor, this design reduces internal turbulence and lowers the impact velocity of abrasive particles within the casing. This effectively extends the service life of the impeller and housing in abrasive duty.

Construction includes a robust cast iron body and a motor cooling jacket that transfers heat directly to the pumped liquid during air-exposed operation. The 6-pole motor uses Class F insulation and is designed for a Direct-on-Line (D.O.L.) starting method for industrial reliability. This combination of torque and heavy-duty materials is used for abrasive transfer where component longevity is required.

    FEATURES

    • Low-speed 6-pole motor design is intentionally selected to reduce hydraulic wear and extend life.
    • Large 50 mm solids handling capability facilitates the movement of coarse debris without clogging.
    • High-volume 9000 L/Min flow rate is optimized for large-scale sand and slurry transfer applications.
    • Motor cooling jacket enables heat dissipation during shallow water or partially exposed operation.
    • Spiral side discharge casing optimizes flow velocity while reducing internal hydraulic turbulence.
    • Abrasion-resistant wear parts and a rugged cast iron body housing provide increased service durability.
    • Direct-on-Line (D.O.L.) starting method provides reliable activation for standard industrial power.
    • Side discharge outlet is compatible with large-bore 200 mm piping and guide rail fitting systems.
