The Tsurumi HSZ2.4S is a compact and durable submersible drainage pump designed for demanding dewatering applications where reliability and portability are essential. Constructed with a robust cast iron casing and aluminium motor housing, this pump is engineered to handle site drainage, construction dewatering, flooded areas, and general dirty water transfer with sand and fine solids.
Powered by a 0.4kW single-phase motor, the HSZ2.4S delivers strong performance with efficient energy use. The semi vortex impeller design allows solids and sediment to pass through with reduced clogging risk, while a built-in agitator helps keep particles suspended for smooth pumping. This makes it ideal for drainage water containing sand, debris, or light sludge.
The pump features a dual mechanical seal operating in an oil bath to maximise durability and protect against abrasive wear. An integrated automatic float switch enables unattended operation by starting and stopping the pump based on water level, making it highly suitable for pits, basements, and temporary drainage installations.
