    Pairs well with

Designed for construction drainage and foundation dewatering, this portable submersible pump manages drainage water and sand-carrying water. It serves as a practical solution for site water management where durability is critical. The robust construction helps maintain reliable operation when handling abrasive media, silt, and earth commonly found in excavations.

The high-gap impeller design facilitates solids movement through the pump, allowing for the passage of particles up to 8.5 mm. The pump hydraulics assist the movement of abrasive particles through the housing, ensuring that sucked-up site debris is displaced. This configuration resists erosive wear to maintain pumping efficiency during abrasive drainage duties.

Equipped with a 1.5 kW / 415v motor, the unit achieves a maximum head of 20 m and provides a flow capacity of up to 420 L/Min through a 50 mm discharge. This dry-type induction motor provides the pumping performance required for consistent site drawdown. The system maintains stable operation in drainage fluids containing up to 10% dry matter across a pH range of 5 to 9.

Mechanical construction features a die-casted aluminium alloy body and an integrated 304 stainless steel protection plate to shield the oil casing. Protection is provided by a double-face mechanical seal and Tsurumi's original Oil Lifter for reliable lubrication. The unit utilizes a built-in circle thermal protector and an anti-wicking cable block to protect the induction motor from thermal stress and water incursion.

    FEATURES

    • Ductile cast iron vortex impeller with high-gap geometry maintains reliable drainage performance in abrasive sand-laden water.
    • Die-casted aluminium alloy body significantly reduces overall weight to simplify pump retrieval and site relocation.
    • 304 stainless steel protection plate shields the internal alloy casing components from abrasive particles.
    • Top-discharge, side-flow design provides efficient motor cooling even when the motor is exposed to air during drawdown.
    • Double-face mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces provides superior resistance to abrasion and thermal stress.
    • Proprietary Oil Lifter maintains a clean lubricating environment for the mechanical seal faces even at low oil volumes.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry block protects the motor housing from moisture ingress caused by capillary action.
    • Replaceable synthetic rubber sleeves protect critical internal water passages and the oil casing from erosive wear.
