Foundation dewatering and construction drainage are the primary duties of this portable submersible pump, which manages sand-carrying water and site runoff with consistent reliability. The slim cylindrical design enables placement in confined spaces such as narrow trenches and restricted excavations, supporting continuous drainage during water ingress events. Its lightweight aluminium alloy body significantly reduces the effort required for relocation between pumping stations.

Output is supplied by a 2.2 kW / 415v three-phase motor, which drives the pumping system to a maximum head of 24 m and a flow capacity of approx 520 L/Min through a 50 mm discharge. This hydraulic performance is tuned specifically for vertical lift applications where discharge pressure must be maintained over elevation changes. The induction motor operates effectively in fluids containing up to 10% dry matter and across a pH range of 5 to 9, ensuring stable performance in chemically variable site water.

Solids handling capability extends to particles up to 8.5 mm, facilitated by a ductile cast iron vortex impeller with high-gap geometry. This design promotes the continuous movement of abrasive media through the pump without compromising flow characteristics. Wear-resistant materials throughout the flow path help preserve pumping efficiency during extended operation in sand-laden drainage duties.

An oil chamber houses a double-face mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces, paired with Tsurumi's patented Oil Lifter to maintain lubrication even at reduced oil volumes. Additional protection comes from a 304 stainless steel plate that shields the aluminium casing from abrasive impact, while an anti-wicking cable entry block prevents moisture ingress. The motor is safeguarded by a built-in circle thermal protector that automatically interrupts the circuit during overheating events.

    FEATURES

    • High-pressure hydraulic performance achieves a 24 m head, making this model suitable for foundation dewatering tasks.
    • Ductile cast iron vortex impeller with high-gap geometry facilitates the passage of solids up to 8.5 mm.
    • Lightweight die-casted aluminium alloy body provides excellent portability for site-to-site relocation.
    • Top-discharge, side-flow design provides efficient motor cooling even when the motor is exposed to air during drawdown.
    • Double-face mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces provides durability against abrasion and chemical corrosion.
    • Patented Oil Lifter ensures consistent lubrication of mechanical seal faces even if the lubricant level falls below rated volumes.
    • Anti-wicking block within the cable entry protects the motor from capillary water incursion or damaged power cable sheaths.
    • Replaceable synthetic rubber sleeves protect the oil casing and water passages to maintain internal structural integrity.
