Slurry handling is the specific focus of this portable submersible pump, which is equipped with an agitator to assist smooth suction of settled solids. The pump is intended for construction drainage and foundation dewatering where sand and mud transfer is required, making it suitable for confined excavations and restricted pits. The die-casted aluminium alloy body provides the portability needed for frequent relocation between slurry-handling sites.

The impeller assembly includes a shaft-mounted agitator made of ductile cast iron that stirs settled solids into suspension, preventing blockages at the pump base. This stirring action, paired with a high-chromium cast iron vortex impeller, allows for the passage of solids up to 8.5 mm while resisting erosive wear. The flow path promotes efficient movement of abrasive solids through the pump during continuous slurry duty, maintaining suction even with settled materials.

A 2 kW / 415v three-phase motor drives the system to a maximum head of 20 m, achieving a flow rate of approx 420 L/Min. This motor provides the hydraulic performance required to displace sand-carrying water and slurry containing up to 10% dry matter. The unit maintains stable operation across a pH range of 5 to 9, providing reliable pumping performance in abrasive site environments.

Mechanical integrity is supported by a die-casted aluminium alloy body and a double-face mechanical seal isolated in an oil chamber with the Oil Lifter. Replaceable synthetic rubber sleeves protect the oil casing and water passages from erosive wear, extending service life in abrasive conditions. Protection features include an integrated 304 stainless steel protection plate and an anti-wicking cable entry block, while a built-in circle thermal protector safeguards the motor from excessive heat.
