Tsurumi KTV2.75 Aluminium Alloy Portable Submersible Drainage Pump for Sand-Laden Water with Vortex Impeller

This portable submersible pump is intended for construction drainage and foundation dewatering where sand-carrying water is encountered. It delivers reliable drainage performance for moving drainage water in environments that require frequent pump movement. The die-casted aluminium alloy body is advantageous in terms of portability, supporting site maintenance during standard civil engineering tasks.

Powered by a 0.75 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the unit achieves a maximum head of 15 m and delivers a flow rate of approx 320 L/Min. This 2-pole induction motor is continuous-duty rated, providing stable pumping performance during drawdown cycles. It handles drainage fluids containing up to 10% dry matter and operates within a pH range of 5 to 9.

The pump hydraulics utilize a vortex impeller manufactured from urethane rubber, featuring a high-gap structure to facilitate the passage of solids up to 8.5 mm. This hydraulic design assists the movement of abrasive particles through the pump while maintaining consistent pumping performance. The wear-resistant construction helps maintain reliable operation when handling abrasive sand and site debris.

Construction features a die-casted aluminium alloy body and a top-discharge, side-flow design that provides efficient motor cooling even when the motor is exposed to air. Mechanical integrity is supported by a double-face mechanical seal and a proprietary Oil Lifter for lubrication. Protection is provided by a built-in circle thermal protector and an anti-wicking cable entry that protects the motor from moisture.
