    Pairs well with

This portable submersible slurry pump combines an integrated agitator with a high-chromium cast iron vortex impeller to handle abrasive sand and mud transfer in construction drainage applications. The shaft-mounted agitator stirs settled solids into suspension, assisting smooth suction and preventing blockages at the pump base. The die-casted aluminium alloy body and slim design allow for installation in restricted foundation pits where mud and slurry transfer is required.

The agitator works in conjunction with a high-chromium cast iron vortex impeller featuring high-gap geometry, facilitating the passage of solids up to 8.5 mm while resisting erosive wear. This configuration assists the smooth suction of settled solids through the pump, maintaining clear intake flow even when handling settled materials. The flow path promotes efficient movement of abrasive particles, ensuring consistent slurry transfer in demanding site conditions.

Output is supplied by a 3 kW / 415v three-phase motor, which achieves a maximum head of 22.5 m and a flow capacity of up to 720 L/Min through an 80 mm discharge. This motor provides the hydraulic performance required for site water management tasks, capable of handling drainage fluids with up to 10% dry matter across a pH range of 5 to 9. The system maintains stable operation throughout continuous slurry transfer duties.

Construction includes a die-casted aluminium alloy body and replaceable synthetic rubber sleeves that protect the oil casing and water passages from erosive wear. An oil chamber with a double-face mechanical seal and silicon carbide faces provides reliable sealing, incorporating the Oil Lifter for consistent lubrication. Protection is provided by an anti-wicking cable entry block and a built-in circle thermal protector, safeguarding the motor from moisture and thermal overload.

    FEATURES

    • Integrated ductile cast iron agitator stirs solids into suspension to assist smooth suction and prevent blockages at the pump base.
    • High-chromium cast iron vortex impeller with high-gap geometry offers resistance to erosive wear in sand-handling duty.
    • Large 80 mm discharge bore facilitates the movement of up to 720 L/Min for construction drainage and slurry displacement.
    • Die-casted aluminium alloy body construction significantly reduces overall weight to simplify pump retrieval and relocation.
    • Top-discharge, side-flow design provides efficient motor cooling even when the motor is exposed to air during drawdown.
    • Double-face mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces provides ultimate durability against abrasion and chemical corrosion.
    • Proprietary Oil Lifter maintains consistent lubrication of mechanical seal faces even if the lubricant volume is low.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry block protects the motor from capillary water incursion should the power cable be damaged.
