High-head excavation drainage is the primary role of this flagship submersible pump, making it suitable for deep pits, foundation works, and floodwater management. It is built to withstand demanding site conditions involving stormwater, groundwater, and sand-carrying water. The slim design and selectable discharge direction make it ideal for integration into fixed piping systems or restricted access areas in civil engineering projects.

Driven by a 1.5 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the unit delivers up to approximately 21.5 m of head and up to approximately 430 L/Min flow through its 50 mm discharge bore. These performance figures provide stable vertical pressure and consistent volume for site drawdown tasks. The 2-pole induction motor is continuous-duty rated and operates reliably in fluids containing up to 10% dry matter with a pH value between 5 and 9.

Abrasion is minimized through a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller designed to resist wear from abrasive particles in drainage water. The pump maintains smooth passage for solids up to 8.5 mm, ensuring that site debris does not accumulate within the housing. This streamlined internal flow path reduces hydraulic turbulence, protecting the cast iron body from localized wear during high-velocity discharge.

A gray cast iron frame and top discharge, side flow design facilitate efficient motor cooling even when the motor is exposed to air. Protection features include dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces and Tsurumi's original Oil Lifter for reliable seal lubrication. A built-in circle thermal protector and anti-wicking cable entry guard against thermal stress and moisture ingress.

    FEATURES

    • High-chromium iron semi-open impeller provides extreme resistance to erosion in abrasive sand-laden water.
    • Selectable discharge direction allows for either vertical or inclined configuration to prevent hose folding or kinking.
    • Slim cylindrical body design enables installation in confined sumps and narrow foundation pits.
    • Dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces offer superior protection against abrasion and dry-heating.
    • Tsurumi's patented Oil Lifter ensures seal lubrication even if the lubricant falls below the rated volume.
    • Top discharge, side flow cooling mechanism maintains safe motor temperatures during partially exposed operation.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry protects the motor housing from moisture ingress caused by capillary action.
    • Built-in circle thermal protector provides proactive motor protection against overheating and overcurrent.
