Where abrasive drainage water must be transferred over long vertical distances, this submersible pump delivers dependable continuous operation for construction and aggregate sites. It is optimized for handling abrasive media such as stormwater, wash water, and sand-carrying drainage water. The unit serves as a primary solution for site water management where reliability in harsh environments is critical to maintaining operational progress.

Powered by a 2.2 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the pump produces up to approximately 26 m of head and up to approximately 500 L/Min flow. The hydraulic profile is tuned for high-pressure vertical discharge through a 50 mm bore, making it suitable for deep excavations and site water transfer over significant elevations. It operates effectively across a wide pH range of 5 to 9 and handles drainage fluids with up to 10% dry matter content.

Solids handling is achieved using a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller that maintains performance over time when pumping abrasive particles. It enables the passage of solids up to 8.5 mm, ensuring that sucked-up site debris is moved through the side flow casing without causing internal clogs. This configuration effectively lowers internal wear by preventing the localized impact of abrasive solids against the pump housing.

Dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces are isolated in an oil chamber featuring Tsurumi's patented Oil Lifter for maximum protection. For specialized mining infrastructure, this model is available in 1000V configurations with MTP and ground-check diode for site-specific electrical safety. A gray cast iron body and motor cooling jacket transfer heat directly to the pumped liquid during fluctuating site water levels.

    FEATURES

    • High-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller is specifically designed for superior wear resistance in abrasive duty.
    • Multi-directional discharge connection can be configured for vertical or inclined alignment to simplify installation.
    • Top discharge side flow design allows for continuous operation in low-water conditions by cooling the motor housing.
    • Available 1000V motor configurations provide compatibility with specialized mining and industrial electrical networks.
    • Patented Oil Lifter ensures consistent lubrication of mechanical seal faces even during low lubricant conditions.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals provide five times higher corrosion and heat resistance than tungsten carbide.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry proactively guards against motor damage from capillary water incursion or damaged cables.
    • Built-in circle thermal protector automatically interrupts the circuit during thermal overload or overcurrent.
