    Pairs well with

Mining, quarries, and deep-site construction projects require dewatering equipment capable of moving abrasive runoff over extreme vertical distances. This high-output submersible drainage pump excels in handling stormwater, sand, and groundwater under the most demanding civil engineering conditions. The robust cast iron construction is designed for continuous duty where site safety depends on reliable water displacement.

Equipped with a 3.7 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the system generates up to approximately 36.5 m of head and up to approximately 450 L/Min flow through a 50 mm discharge. This performance enables the hydraulic lift required for deep shaft dewatering and high-elevation transfer tasks. It operates reliably in fluids with a maximum dry matter content of 10% and maintains hydraulic stability across a pH range of 5 to 9.

Pumping performance is supported by a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller that combats the erosive effects of sandy fluids and maintains long-term performance stability. The pump facilitates the movement of solids up to 8.5 mm, ensuring that site debris is moved through the housing without settling or causing performance drop-off. This streamlined flow path is essential for protecting the internal casing from localized abrasive wear during high-head discharge.

A gray cast iron frame and cooling path transfer motor heat to the pumped media during partially exposed operation. Protection is maximized via dual silicon carbide mechanical seals and an oil lifter that ensures stable shaft sealing. This model is available in high-temperature variants and 1000V configurations to match site-specific thermal and electrical infrastructure requirements.

    FEATURES

    • Powerful 36.5 m vertical lift capability makes this model suitable for deep-site dewatering and high-elevation transfer.
    • High-chromium iron semi-open impeller minimizes efficiency loss by resisting wear in abrasive media.
    • Selectable discharge outlet prevents hose folding and facilitates integration with site-specific discharge piping.
    • Available 1000V configuration provides essential flexibility for integration into specialized mining power grids.
    • Double-face silicon carbide mechanical seals offer extreme resistance to dry-heating and adhering matter.
    • Integrated Oil Lifter maintains a clean, non-corrosive lubricating environment for the shaft seal faces.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry protects the 3.7 kW motor from moisture ingress due to capillary action or condensation.
    • Circle thermal protector provides reliable early detection of overcurrent or excessive heat conditions.
