Construction and aggregate applications often involve abrasive sand-laden water and wash water that would cause performance drop-off in standard pumps. This flagship submersible unit excels in these conditions, ensuring continuous facility maintenance under demanding site circumstances. The robust construction allows it to withstand challenging environments while maintaining a slim footprint for simplified installation.

Driven by a 2.2 kW / 415v motor, the system reaches up to approximately 20.4 m of head and up to approximately 800 L/Min flow through its 80 mm discharge bore. The combination delivers powerful horizontal transfer and vertical lift for site drawdown projects. The 2-pole dry-type induction motor provides stable hydraulic performance in abrasive fluids containing up to 10% dry matter within a pH range of 5 to 9.

Wear resistance comes from a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller that minimizes the erosive force of high-velocity abrasive particles. It facilitates the movement of solids up to 8.5 mm, ensuring that site debris is transported effectively through the side flow casing. This design ensures that abrasive particles are carried through the pump with minimal casing impact, significantly extending the service life of the pump housing.

Dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces are isolated in an oil chamber featuring Tsurumi's patented Oil Lifter for enhanced protection. An integrated cooling path around the motor housing facilitates efficient heat dissipation, protecting the motor during exposed operation. This model is available in optional 1000V configurations and high-temperature variants for industrial wastewater handling up to 60°C.

    FEATURES

    • High-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller ensures sustained efficiency in abrasive sand-carrying water.
    • Side flow discharge design maintains effective motor cooling even when the unit operates exposed to air.
    • Multi-directional hose coupling can be configured for vertical or inclined discharge to prevent folding.
    • Double-face silicon carbide mechanical seals provide ultimate durability against abrasion and chemical corrosion.
    • Available 1000V configuration provides essential compatibility for site-specific industrial electrical networks.
    • Patented Oil Lifter ensures the mechanical seals remain lubricated during periods of low oil volume.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block protects the motor from internal condensation and water ingress.
    • Built-in circle thermal protector proactively monitors motor temperature and interrupts the circuit during overload.
