Mining and aggregate site operations frequently demand high-head vertical lift capabilities to manage stormwater and wash water containing significant sediment loads. This high-output submersible drainage pump is engineered for these rigorous applications, ensuring operational uptime in environments where site progress depends on consistent water control. The cast iron body and robust mechanical design provide the durability required for continuous service.

Equipped with a 3.7 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the unit produces up to approximately 29 m of head and up to approximately 900 L/Min flow through an 80 mm bore. This performance ensures high-volume throughput for dewatering tasks where vertical lift over significant distances is required. The system maintains hydraulic stability in drainage fluids containing up to 10% dry matter within a 5 to 9 pH range.

Abrasion is minimized through a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller designed to resist wear from abrasive particles in suspension. The pump maintains smooth movement for solids up to 8.5 mm, ensuring that site debris does not accumulate within the housing or cause performance drop-off. Streamlining the internal flow path protects the cast iron housing from localized wear typical of high-head abrasive duties.

Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals and a cooling path that transfers motor heat to the pumped media provide robust protection. An anti-wicking cable entry and built-in circle thermal protector guard the induction motor against thermal stress. Optional accessories include seawater-resistant kits and 1000V configurations to meet the specific environmental and electrical requirements of industrial projects.

    FEATURES

    • High-chromium iron semi-open impeller provides exceptional resistance to the erosive impact of abrasive solids.
    • Top discharge, side flow design enables continuous duty even when the liquid level drops below the motor housing.
    • Selectable discharge orientation prevents discharge hose folding and simplifies installation in restricted spaces.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals offer five times higher corrosion and heat resistance than tungsten carbide.
    • Patented Oil Lifter provides lubrication and cooling to seal faces down to one-third of the normal oil volume.
    • Anti-wicking cable block protects the motor housing from capillary water incursion and internal condensation.
    • Circle thermal protector provides reliable early detection of motor overcurrent or excessive heat conditions.
    • Optional 1000V configurations provide essential compatibility with specialized high-voltage mining electrical grids.
