Deep shaft dewatering and large-scale mining operations require equipment capable of moving stormwater and sand-laden drainage water from significant vertical elevations. This submersible pump provides the necessary durability where progress depends on reliable drawdown under extreme conditions. The robust cast iron construction is designed for continuous service in the most demanding civil engineering environments.

Powered by an 11 kW / 415v motor, the unit offers up to approximately 48.5 m of head and up to approximately 1440 L/Min flow through its 100 mm bore. This output provides extreme lift for site drawdown and water transfer across vast vertical distances. The 2-pole dry-type induction motor handles drainage water with up to 10% dry matter and operates reliably across a pH range of 5 to 9.

Wear resistance comes from a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller and a 304 stainless steel labyrinth ring to resist high-pressure internal wear. It maintains smooth movement for solids up to 12 mm, ensuring that site water is displaced effectively through the side flow casing without performance drop-off. Integrated seal pressure relief ports divert high internal hydraulic force away from the mechanical seal faces to prevent pressure-related failure.

Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals and a cooling path that transfers motor heat directly to the pumped liquid provide robust protection. An anti-wicking cable entry and built-in circle thermal protector guard the induction motor. Optional accessories include seawater-resistant kits and 1000V configurations featuring an MTP and built-in diode for site-specific mining infrastructures.

    FEATURES

    • Powerful 48.5 m maximum vertical head makes this model ideal for high-elevation drainage and deep shafts.
    • Specialized seal pressure relief ports protect the mechanical seal against excessive pressure and wear particles.
    • High-chromium iron semi-open impeller provides exceptional resistance to erosion in abrasive site duty.
    • 304 stainless steel labyrinth ring provides a countermeasure against wear caused by high internal pressure.
    • Top discharge side flow design maintains effective motor cooling during periods of exposed air operation.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals provide ultimate durability against abrasion and chemical corrosion.
    • Patented Oil Lifter maintains seal lubrication down to one-third of the normal oil level for sustained sealing effect.
    • Available 1000V motor configurations provide compatibility with specialized mining power infrastructure.
