Major construction and mining projects often require high-volume dewatering capabilities that can move vast quantities of abrasive sand-laden water and stormwater from excavated sites. This flagship submersible pump provides exceptional vertical lift for these applications, where operational safety depends on reliable drawdown. The robust cast iron frame and slim design allow it to withstand demanding environments while facilitating easier placement in confined areas.

Equipped with a powerful 15 kW / 415v motor, the system reaches up to approximately 55 m of head and up to approximately 1980 L/Min flow. This performance is tuned for high-pressure vertical discharge through its 100 mm bore, making it suitable for rapid excavation drawdown over significant elevations. The unit operates effectively in drainage fluids containing up to 10% dry matter and within a pH range of 5 to 9.

Abrasion is minimized through a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller and a 304 stainless steel labyrinth ring to resist wear caused by high pressure. It enables the passage of solids up to 12 mm, ensuring site debris is moved through the housing without settling or causing clogs. To protect the mechanical seal, the pump incorporates pressure relief ports that divert high internal force away from the silicon carbide seal faces.

Dual inside mechanical seals are isolated in an oil chamber featuring Tsurumi's patented Oil Lifter for enhanced lubrication. A top discharge design and side flow cooling mechanism facilitate heat dissipation during fluctuating site levels. Protection features include an anti-wicking cable entry and a circle thermal protector built into the motor housing.

    FEATURES

    • Powerful 15 kW motor delivers 55 m maximum head for the most demanding high-elevation site dewatering.
    • High-capacity 1980 L/Min flow rate facilitates rapid displacement of large volumes of site water.
    • Seal pressure relief ports proactively extend seal life by reducing the hydraulic force acting on the faces.
    • High-chromium iron semi-open impeller provides extreme resistance to the erosive impact of abrasive solids.
    • Top discharge configuration reduces the overall pump diameter for installation in restricted excavations.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals offer five times higher corrosion and heat resistance than tungsten carbide.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block prevents motor damage from capillary moisture and condensation.
    • Built-in circle thermal protector proactively monitors motor temperatures to prevent thermal shutdown.
