    Pairs well with

Major mining operations and massive construction projects frequently encounter extreme head vertical lift requirements that push standard dewatering equipment to their limits. This extra-high-power submersible drainage pump excels in moving abrasive media over exceptional vertical distances where site progress depends on maintaining a clear drawdown under heavy hydraulic loads. The flagship cast iron construction is designed for continuous duty in the roughest site conditions globally.

Powered by a massive 22 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the unit delivers up to approximately 71 m of head and up to approximately 2750 L/Min flow. This output provides extreme pressure behavior for high-elevation displacement through a 100 mm discharge bore. The system operates reliably in varied chemical environments within a pH range of 5 to 9 and handles fluids containing up to 10% dry matter.

Hydraulic efficiency is maintained by a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller and a 304 stainless steel labyrinth ring to resist erosive wear during high-head operation. The pump facilitates the movement of solids up to 8.5 mm while protecting the cast iron housing from localized wear typical of high-head abrasive duties. To protect the mechanical seal against excessive pressure, the design incorporates specialized seal pressure relief ports.

Duplex angular contact ball bearings and a cooling path that transfers motor heat to the pumped media provide robust mechanical integrity. Protection features include an electrode-type leakage sensor in the oil chamber and miniature thermal protectors (MTP) embedded in each motor winding. This model is available in high-temperature variants and optional 1000V configurations to match specialized site infrastructure.

    FEATURES

    • Extreme 71 m vertical lift capability is specifically tuned for deep-site drawdown and high-elevation transfer.
    • Seal pressure relief ports proactively extend mechanical seal life by diverting extreme internal hydraulic force.
    • Miniature thermal protectors (MTP) embedded in each winding provide ultimate early detection of overheating.
    • High-chromium iron semi-open impeller provides extreme erosion resistance in abrasive mining duty.
    • 304 stainless steel labyrinth ring provides a superior countermeasure against high-pressure generated in the casing.
    • Top discharge, side flow cooling design facilitates safe operation during partially exposed site liquid levels.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals offer five times higher resistance to abrasion and heat than tungsten carbide.
    • Available 1000V motor configurations provide essential compatibility with high-voltage industrial electrical networks.
