    Pairs well with

Underground mines and deep construction facilities present some of the most challenging dewatering conditions in the industry. This high-head submersible pump delivers exceptional vertical lift for moving abrasive site runoff containing stormwater and sand over significant elevations. The robust cast iron body is engineered for continuous duty in environments where reliability is critical to site safety.

Driven by a 7.5 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the system achieves up to approximately 40 m of head and up to approximately 1400 L/Min flow. These performance figures provide powerful vertical discharge through a 100 mm bore, making it suitable for deep shaft dewatering and high-elevation transfer tasks. The unit maintains stable operating behavior while handling fluids with up to 10% dry matter content.

Hydraulic efficiency is maintained by a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller and a labyrinth ring made of 304 stainless steel for enhanced wear resistance. It facilitates the movement of solids up to 12 mm, ensuring that sucked-up site debris is moved through the housing without settling or causing clogs. To protect the mechanical seal against excessive pressure, the design incorporates seal pressure relief ports that divert high internal pressure away from the faces.

Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals and a cooling path that transfers motor heat to the liquid provide robust protection during drawdown. An anti-wicking cable entry block and circle thermal protector guard against thermal stress. This model is available in optional 1000V configurations featuring an MTP and ground-check diode for site-specific mining infrastructures.

    FEATURES

    • Seal pressure relief ports protect the mechanical seal from excessive high-pressure stress in high-head duty.
    • High-head 40 m vertical lift capability is specifically tuned for deep-site dewatering and high-elevation transfer.
    • Labyrinth ring made of 304 stainless steel provides a superior countermeasure against wear caused by high internal pressure.
    • High-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller provides extreme erosion resistance in abrasive mining drainage.
    • Top discharge, side flow cooling design ensures reliability even during air-exposed operation in low levels.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals offer five times higher corrosion and heat resistance than tungsten carbide.
    • Proprietary Oil Lifter maintains seal face lubrication and cooling even if lubricant falls below the rated volume.
    • Available 1000V configurations provide essential compatibility with high-voltage industrial electrical networks.
