Industrial-scale floodwater removal and large-volume drainage projects demand equipment capable of moving vast quantities of abrasive sand-laden water from excavated pits. This submersible pump provides unmatched throughput for major civil engineering and mining operations where site safety depends on rapid displacement. The robust cast iron frame and 150 mm discharge bore are designed for continuous duty in the most demanding site conditions.

Powered by an 11 kW / 415v motor, the system generates up to approximately 2440 L/Min flow and up to approximately 32.5 m of head. This output provides the powerful displacement necessary for large-scale dewatering and site runoff control across vast site distances. The system operates effectively in drainage fluids with up to 10% dry matter and within a pH range of 5 to 9.

Pumping performance is supported by a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller and a 304 stainless steel labyrinth ring to resist erosive wear during high-volume discharge. It facilitates the passage of solids up to 20 mm, ensuring site debris is moved through the housing without settling or causing clogs. To protect the mechanical seal, the pump incorporates pressure relief ports that divert high internal hydraulic pressure away from the seal faces.

Dual inside silicon carbide mechanical seals are isolated in an oil chamber with Tsurumi's patented Oil Lifter for enhanced protection. A top discharge design and side flow cooling mechanism facilitate heat dissipation during fluctuating site levels. Protection features include an anti-wicking cable entry and a circle thermal protector built into the motor housing.

    FEATURES

    • Exceptional 2440 L/Min max capacity enables rapid drainage for large-scale mining and construction sites.
    • High-chromium iron semi-open impeller provides superior resistance to erosion in abrasive sand-laden water.
    • Seal pressure relief ports proactively extend seal life by diverting high internal hydraulic stress from the faces.
    • 304 stainless steel labyrinth ring provides a superior countermeasure against high-pressure casing wear.
    • Top discharge, side flow cooling design ensures reliability even when running in air-exposed conditions.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals offer five times higher corrosion and heat resistance than tungsten carbide.
    • Anti-wicking cable block protects the motor housing from capillary moisture incursion and condensation.
    • Optional 1000V configuration provides essential compatibility with specialized industrial power networks.
