Large-scale industrial stormwater drainage and massive dewatering tasks in civil engineering require equipment capable of moving vast quantities of abrasive runoff containing stormwater and sand. This high-output submersible pump excels in these applications, where operational safety depends on high-volume throughput. The robust cast iron construction and large-bore system ensure continuous duty in the world's most challenging environments.

Driven by a 15 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the unit produces up to approximately 2800 L/Min flow and up to approximately 39.5 m of head. The combination delivers powerful vertical discharge and high-capacity displacement through a 150 mm bore. The 2-pole motor operates reliably in drainage water with up to 10% dry matter content within a wide pH range of 5 to 9.

Hydraulic efficiency is maintained by a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller and a labyrinth ring made of 304 stainless steel for enhanced wear resistance. It facilitates the movement of solids up to 20 mm, ensuring site water is displaced effectively through the housing without settling or clogs. To protect the mechanical seal against excessive pressure, the design incorporates specialized seal pressure relief ports.

Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals and a side flow design that transfers motor heat to the pumped media provide robust protection during drawdown. An anti-wicking cable entry block and circle thermal protector guard the 15 kW motor from thermal stress. This model is available in high-temperature variants and optional 1000V configurations to match site-specific infrastructure.

    FEATURES

    • High-capacity 2800 L/Min flow rate enables rapid displacement of site water in large-scale excavations.
    • High-chromium iron semi-open impeller provides exceptional resistance to erosive wear in abrasive site duty.
    • Seal pressure relief ports protect the mechanical seal from excessive high-pressure stress in high-head duty.
    • 304 stainless steel labyrinth ring provides a countermeasure against wear caused by high internal pressure.
    • Top discharge, side flow cooling design ensures reliability even when running in air-exposed conditions.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals provide ultimate durability against abrasion and chemical corrosion.
    • Patented Oil Lifter ensures seal face lubrication even if the oil level falls below the rated volume.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry block proactively guards the motor from capillary water incursion and condensation.
