    Pairs well with

High-capacity flood dewatering and extreme-duty drainage in major industrial projects demand equipment capable of moving vast quantities of abrasive sand-laden water from deep excavated sites. This extra-high-power submersible pump provides unmatched displacement for these applications, where reliability is the primary logistical requirement. The robust flagship design is built for continuous, heavy-duty operation in the world's most challenging mining and construction environments.

Powered by a massive 22 kW / 415v motor, the unit achieves up to approximately 55 m of head and up to approximately 4000 L/Min flow. This output provides extreme throughput through its large-bore 150 mm discharge system, ensuring site safety during the most demanding discharge cycles. The unit maintains stable operating behavior while handling fluids with up to 10% dry matter content.

Wear resistance comes from a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller and a 304 stainless steel labyrinth ring to resist high-pressure internal wear. The pump maintains smooth movement for solids up to 12 mm, ensuring site water is displaced effectively through the side flow casing. To protect the mechanical seal, the pump incorporates specialized pressure relief ports that divert extreme internal hydraulic force away from the faces.

Duplex angular contact ball bearings and a cooling path that facilitates heat dissipation during exposed operation provide robust mechanical integrity. Protection features include an electrode-type leakage sensor in the oil chamber and miniature thermal protectors (MTP) embedded in each motor winding. This model is available in high-temperature variants and optional 1000V configurations to match specialized industrial electrical networks.

    FEATURES

    • Incredible 4000 L/Min throughput enables rapid displacement of site water in large-scale dewatering projects.
    • Powerful 55 m vertical lift capability makes this model suitable for the deepest excavations and mine sumps.
    • Seal pressure relief ports proactively extend mechanical seal life by diverting high internal hydraulic force.
    • Miniature thermal protectors (MTP) embedded in motor windings provide ultimate detection of overheating.
    • High-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller provides extreme resistance to the erosive impact of solids.
    • 304 stainless steel labyrinth ring provides a countermeasure against wear caused by high internal pressure.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block protects the motor from internal moisture and condensation.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals offer five times higher corrosion and heat resistance than tungsten carbide.
