Stormwater flood control and large-scale site water management in construction projects often require exceptional high-volume displacement capabilities. This high-output submersible pump excels in moving large quantities of sand-carrying water from excavated sites where rapid displacement is a primary logistical requirement. The robust cast iron frame and 150 mm discharge are engineered for continuous service in demanding civil engineering environments.

Driven by a 7.5 kW / 415v motor, the unit is capable of up to approximately 2030 L/Min flow and up to approximately 31 m of head. This performance is optimized for high-volume transfer through its large-bore 150 mm discharge system, providing stable circulation behavior during long-term site water control. The 2-pole motor operates reliably in drainage fluids containing up to 10% dry matter with a pH between 5 and 9.

Wear resistance comes from a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller designed to resist the erosive impact of high-velocity abrasive particles. It maintains smooth throughput for solids up to 20 mm, ensuring site debris does not accumulate within the housing or cause performance drop-off. Streamlining the internal flow path protects the cast iron housing from localized wear during large-scale floodwater removal cycles.

Dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces are isolated in an oil chamber featuring Tsurumi's patented Oil Lifter. A top discharge design and side flow cooling mechanism ensure effective motor heat dissipation. Protection features include an anti-wicking cable entry block and a circle thermal protector built into the 7.5 kW motor housing.

    FEATURES

    • Large 150 mm discharge bore facilitates the high-volume movement of 2030 L/Min for rapid site dewatering.
    • High-chromium iron semi-open impeller provides exceptional resistance to erosive wear in abrasive site duty.
    • Integrated seal pressure relief ports protect mechanical seals by diverting high internal hydraulic stress.
    • Top discharge, side flow configuration enables reliable continuous duty even during partially exposed operation.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals provide ultimate protection against dry-heating and chemical corrosion.
    • Labyrinth ring made of 304 stainless steel provides a countermeasure against wear caused by high internal pressure.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry proactively guards against motor damage from capillary water incursion or moisture.
    • Built-in circle thermal protector proactively monitors motor temperature and interrupts the circuit during overload.
