Unattended operation in construction site drainage becomes practical with this floatless automatic submersible pump. An integrated electrode type relay unit automatically controls start and stop cycles based on water level contact, significantly reducing power consumption. This mechanism provides a reliable solution for site water management where maintaining a clear site under fluctuating levels is critical.

Driven by a 2.2 kW / 415v motor, the system delivers up to approximately 26 m of head and up to approximately 500 L/Min flow through a 50 mm bore. The combination provides consistent horizontal transfer and stable vertical lift for automatic site water control. The 2-pole dry-type induction motor handles drainage water with up to 10% dry matter across a wide pH range of 5 to 9.

Hydraulic efficiency is maintained by a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller that resists the erosive force of high-velocity abrasive particles. The pump maintains smooth movement for solids up to 8.5 mm, ensuring that site debris is transported effectively through the housing without settling. This design protects the cast iron body from localized wear typical of automatic site water displacement cycles.

Dual inside silicon carbide mechanical seals and Tsurumi's patented Oil Lifter provide stable shaft sealing. A top discharge design and side flow cooling mechanism facilitate heat dissipation during partially exposed operation. An anti-wicking cable entry block and circle thermal protector built into the 2.2 kW motor housing guard against moisture and thermal overload.

    FEATURES

    • Electrode control device provides reliable automatic operation to prevent dry-running and reduce energy costs.
    • High-chromium iron semi-open impeller ensures sustained hydraulic efficiency in abrasive site duty.
    • Integrated circle thermal protector proactively guards the motor housing against thermal overload and overcurrent.
    • Top discharge side flow design enables continuous duty during drawdown by transferring heat to the media.
    • Selectable discharge outlet direction prevents discharge hose folding and simplifies site installation.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals provide ultimate durability against abrasion and chemical corrosion.
    • Patented Oil Lifter ensures consistent lubrication of mechanical seal faces even if the oil level is low.
    • Anti-wicking cable block protects the motor from moisture ingress through the electrical cable sheaths.
